Rental Rate
Dining tables and chairs are included. Wedding chairs and linens are available for rental. Please see the chart below for pricing.

Rental Period
The premise is available for a 12-hour period from 9AM to 9PM. You may extend the rental hours for an additional fee.

Setup
The party is welcome to setup a day prior to the event given that there are no events that day.

Catering
Your catering company is responsible for the setup, breakdown and cleanup of the catered site.

Alcohol
If you will be serving alcohol, you must obtain a banquet permit. Alcohol must be only served by the licensed server.

Facility & Garden
Abundant parking is available. We also provide Bridal and Men's Dressing Rooms. The Reception Hall is able to seat 300 guests:130 indoors, 60 on the balcony & over 100 on the terrace. The Garden accommodates over 300 guests.
