Rental period
The premise is available for a 12-hour period ending no later than 9PM.
The rental period includes time for setting up, including all deliveries and pickups by vendors hired by the party.
All deliveries of materials must be made on the event date during rental period, but not prior to 9AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Rental time may be charged if it is beyond the time agreed upon.

Set-up
The party is welcome to set-up a day prior to the event given there are no events that day.

Decorations
Decorations are to be put up by the party and must be cleaned up throroughly after the event. All nailing or pinning needs prior approval.No birdseed, rice, or glitter may be used.

Rehearsals
The premise is available to use for a 2-hour rehearsal free of charge on an agreed date before the event.
Rehearsal time may be charged if it is beyond the time period agreed upon.

Catering
If your event is catered, a banquet license must be provided within two weeks prior to the event. Your catering company is responsible for the set-up, break-down and clean-up of the catered site.

Alcohol
If you will be serving alcohol, you must obtain the appropriate license. Alcohol must be served by the licensed server, who must provide a banquet permit 2 weeks prior to the event.

Entertainment
As there are several residences nearby, music must be kept at a courteous level. Music has to end an hour before the event ends and must not exceed 60 dbA.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the facility. For safety reasons, extra care must be taken to ensure ash, used matches, and butts are disposed of in the receptacles outside.

Facility & Garden
Parking is available in designated areas inside the garden.
The Facility and garden-side terrace holds 300 guests (130 indoors, 60 on the balcony, and over 100 on the lower terrace.)
The Palm garden holds over 300 guests.
Wedding chairs are available to rent at $2 ea.
The party is responsible for the care and use of the premises, facility and equipment,
and should take effort to return it to it's original conditions.
