HOURS: The garden is available on any day of the week throughout the whole year. The rental time period is for 6 hours, any time between 12pm. to 10pm. Please ask us about our policy about lengthening your event if you wish to do so.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS: A signed rental agreement with 50% of the total rental cost are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 60 days in advance of your event and is not refundable. There will be no fees charged for damage, time, and cleaning given that there is no damage, agreed hours are kept, and the facility is returned to the condition in which it was found.

OCCUPANCY: We can easily hold an event for over 200 guests. The facility can accomodate approximately 136 guests and 64 guests on the balcony. Additional seating areas are also available below the balcony.

CATERING: To ensure the best services, Yang’s Botanical Gardens does not entitle the wedding party to an exclusive caterer. If you have not decided yet, we can direct to you to local caterers that have served at previous receptions. Please ask us for suggestions.

ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed bartender. A banquet permit is required if you choose to serve alcohol. A copy of this permit must be recieved prior to your event.

REHEARSAL: We will be happy to discuss and arrange a rehearsal date for your event between 10am to 5pm which will be scheduled at no cost.
