HOURS
The garden is available on any day of the week for a 5-hour rental period between 10am and 9pm. You may extend your event
at an additional cost. We will be happy to arrange rehearsal, set-up & clean-up dates for your event between 10am and
5pm at no extra cost.
RESERVATION
A signed rental agreement and 50% of the total rental cost are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your rental date and is non-refundable.
INSURANCE
We require renters to have liability coverage. To be responsible for your guests, please present your Homeowners Declaration page to the Executive Director in advance.
ALCOHOL
If you are serving alcohol at your event, you must obtain a banquet permit. For instructions on how to apply, please visit the Washington State Liquor Control Board web site at http://liq.wa.gov/license.aspx.

MUSIC
Local and City of Port Orchard codes have established the following guidelines for music at the event: amplified music is allowed inside the facility only with the exception of the ceremony.
